But did you know that there are other options from the website to help current customers with their use of LOADPlus? If you select the Support option on the top right corner of the webpage screen, you get a separate menu that is for our current users.
Select the Training Videos link and this will take you to a list of the current LOADPlus Training videos separated by the various modules. These are constantly being updated and added to.
There is also the option for Knowledge Base. This is a FAQ – frequently asked questions page. Of course, you won’t find all your answers here but there are some solutions available that are sorted by the type of module you are in.
