Customize Grids Settings in Pro!
Customization is one of the most important features of any software or program. The ability to transform the product into what your business needs/desires are increase productivity and workflow in the company sphere. With this in mind, FMS offers our latest feature, “Customized Grid Settings” for LOADPlus Pro. Now, customers can customize grids to their business needs!
Grid settings appear on the different load screens throughout the system such as Available Loads and Load Explorer. These settings are customizable in order to allow you and/or your employees to set what data/information you want to see.
To create a customized grid, start modifying the screen to the information you want to appear. This includes adjusting the columns that appear by selecting the checkboxes in the “gear” icon on the left side of the screen. You can also set the filters to automatically show certain search parameters by selecting options and applying those filters to the screen. In addition, you can also set the screen to auto fresh with loads approximately every 30 seconds by toggling “on” on the left side of the screen. (Note: This option is only available on the Available Loads screen)
To save the grid settings, create a customize grid template by selecting “Create” in the template menu on the right side of the screen. Here, you can name the grid template and set it as default if you have more than one grid screen created. Admin users have the option to assign grid screens to one or all users in the system.
